Being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest.
How you'll make an impact:
Managing and resolving employee queries in line with HR policies and procedures;
Offering support on compensation, benefits, leave, and other HR-related topics;
Processing HR transactions and maintaining accurate employee data in internal systems;
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance for all processed documents;
Prioritizing tasks and delivering a high level of service within agreed timelines;
Building strong client relationships and escalating risks when needed.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1);
Strong customer orientation and client handling skills;
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Experience with HR systems (SAP, Workday) and/or previous experience in a similar support role is a plus;
Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities;
Bachelor’s degree needed, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
