We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive Internal Communication Specialist for Bucharest, within Rompetrol Downstream.
Rompetrol Downstream coordinates the local fuel distribution network. In Romania, the company operates over 450 fuel stations, including its own stations as well as Rompetrol Partner and Rompetrol Express franchises. More than fuel distribution points, Rompetrol stations are designed as service centers where, in addition to high-quality products, customers can relax in more than 160 Hei restaurants across the network.
Your new role: Plans and implements internal and external communication activity plan for Rompetrol Downstream (including communications and events) based on business strategy of the entity and alignment with the approach in internal communication and events at the Group level. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to translate business priorities into clear communication and engaging events.
Activities going to help you shine:
• Develop and implement the integrated internal and external communication plan for Rompetrol Downstream.
• Enhance the Rompetrol’ s voice and presence through online and offline channels.
• Ensure consistent messaging that reflects the company’s strategy, culture, and brand positioning.
• Create, write, edit, and publish high-quality content across internal and external channels.
• Plan and deliver events (celebrations, team activations, campaigns, roadshows, conferences, interviews cetc.) that boost employee morale and connection to the brand.
• Strengthen employee engagement and support organizational culture through targeted internal communication activities.
• Create clear, compelling, and culturally aligned content for internal platforms (intranet, newsletters, posters, digital boards, etc.).
• Monitor communication effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve employee outreach.
• Identify new communication channels and propose creative ideas to increase visibility and audience engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Retail, PR and other departments to align communication with business goals.
