Key Responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Annotate, organize, and prepare content within Notion as part of AI training processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks within Notion, suggesting improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for using Notion effectively.
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date records in Notion databases.
• Support the customer’s team by providing actionable feedback on Notion usage and interface organization.
• Communicate observations and recommendations clearly through both written documentation and verbal briefings.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a user of Notion.
• Strong organizational and digital documentation skills within Notion workspaces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; able to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency in data handling.
• Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks in a remote work environment.
• Quick learner, comfortable adapting to new instructions and feedback in an AI-focused setting.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with teams in AI training, data annotation, or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with advanced Notion features such as relational databases, templates, and integrations.
