The Online Sales & Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for developing, executing, and managing online sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive online sales growth of energy services & VAS products. This role will focus also on generating leads for offline channels and reaching digital KPIs.

Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand presence.
- Coordinating online campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Integrating online campaigns into larger promotional initiatives across the organization.
Campaign Coordination:
- Planning and managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaign activities and ensure consistent messaging.
- Measuring campaign effectiveness and providing regular reports to key stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identifying alternative promotion channels in the online environment.
- Developing and planning resources for the execution of strategic online marketing campaigns (performance, programmatic, content marketing, etc.) with direct impact on business objectives, audiences, and budgets.
Performance Management:
- Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data and reports, and identifying directions to make campaigns more efficient.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Efficiently managing campaign budgets to maximize return on investment.
Online Sales Management:
- Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales of energy products and services.
- Leveraging digital marketing channels to maximize the organization's digitization efforts.
- Tracking and reporting on online sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborating with interdepartmental teams to develop and implement campaigns that align with the organization's online positioning and vision.
- Managing relationships and/or selecting external agencies for performance, programmatic, media buying, UX & UI, Data Analytics, SEO, and Content Marketing to ensure efficient and timely campaign execution.
- Managing relationships and selecting partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within set deadlines.
Team Management:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team focused on the myPPC App product (web & mobile).
- Setting appropriate performance indicators for team members, both internal and external, and ensuring their achievement.
- Setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Identifying team needs in line with the organization's projects and supporting the growth and activity of the department.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and online sales, preferably in the energy sector, with at least 3 years in a management position.
- At least 3 years of experience managing online marketing campaigns and leading teams responsible for performance campaigns, programmatic, media buying, UX & UI, Data Analytics, SEO, and Content Marketing, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and implementing campaigns.
- Deep knowledge and at least intermediate level proficiency with the following applications/platforms: Google Adwords, Programmatic 360 DV, Meta ADS, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager.
- Proven experience managing budgets of over 500,000 Euro per year.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Content Marketing, social media, email marketing, media buying, UX & UI.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers, and web & mobile analytics and tracking tools.
- A Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications in digital marketing, online sales, and marketing campaigns are an advantage.

- Proficiency in understanding and using analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
