As a committed and experienced R&D Project Manager, you play a crucial role in driving transformative change. You take pride in ensuring the end-to-end success of your projects, which includes designing, creating, and commercializing customer-centric services. How You'll Make an Impact:

• Project Management for Transformer Services: Coordinate R&D projects related to Transformer Oil Treatment, Transformer Repair Enablement, and Transformer Circularity!
• Project Management for Switchgear: Handle R&D projects for switchgear type tests and qualifications!
• R&D Execution: Support all administrative tasks, including organizing review meetings, following up on budget forecasts, and timelines.
• Innovation to R&D: Mature ideas from the Innovation Orbit into actionable R&D projects and continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
• Annual R&D Planning: Support the preparation of the R&D process.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Develop a collaborative and innovative environment within the R&D team.
• Handle project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, and regulatory submissions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in engineering, business, or a related field, along with experience in project management or R&D.
• Minimum of 5 years of business experience, preferably in Grid Technologies,
• Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and collaborators across the globe.
• Customer-centric and innovation-driven mindset.
• Outstanding networking and collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive attitude, high levels of independence, flexibility, ambition, and well-structured work habits.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., OnePM, MS Project, JIRA).
