• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate competencies
• Collaborate with hiring managers, providing strategic advice on recruitment best practices
• Create a positive candidate experience and represent the company's values in the market
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in broader HR projects
• Facilitate initial onboarding processes for new hires
• Organize local events and corporate parties, including managing employee gifts
