Main responsabilities:

• Administration of user accounts and groups in Active Directory (AD);
• Creation and management of Group Policies (GPOs), DNS services, and digital certificates (CA), ensuring the proper operation of network and internal services;
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Windows Server 2022/2025 environments;
• Providing technical support for employee workstations running Windows 10 and Windows 11;
• Using PowerShell to automate repetitive IT operations and improve workflow efficiency;
• Management of virtual infrastructure based on VMware ESXi 8 (vCenter Server and vSphere Client);
• Configuration and monitoring of backup solutions;
• Administration of company resources within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform;
• Management of IT infrastructure and implementation of security measures to prevent cybersecurity incidents;
• Providing IT support, consulting, and operational assistance to internal users;
• Administration and maintenance of applications and equipment within the assigned area of responsibility;
• Participation in the implementation of new IT projects.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field;
• Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years;
• Solid experience in Windows environments and IT infrastructure administration;
• Solid experience with VMware and AWS;
• Experience in Level 2 technical support (handling medium-complexity incidents);
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell;
• Experience with firewall equipment is considered an advantage;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking and active network equipment (switches, routers) is considered an advantage;
• English proficiency: minimum B2 level (written and spoken);
• Category B driving license;
• Very good time and task management skills;
• Soft skills: strong communication skills, responsibility, planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, initiative, and a positive attitude.

Working schedule: Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30, Friday: 07:30 - 13:30.
