What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls from existing customers — no cold calling
• Register orders and coordinate service delivery using our in-house tools
• Help passengers and drivers stay on track, on time, and stress-free

Weekend Shifts Available

We are specifically hiring for Saturday and Sunday coverage, with options to combine with weekday shifts if desired (Sat-Wed; Wed-Sun):

• Morning Shift: 07:00-16:00
• Day Shift: 13:00-22:00
• Student: 16:00-01:00
• Evening Shift: 17:00-02:00
• Night Shift: 22:00-07:00

What We’re Looking For

• English level: Upper-Intermediate to Fluent
• Bonus if you speak Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Chinese, or Korean
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
• Must be available to work weekends
