Your opportunity: Area Sales Manager Products What you can expect: • Your main role would be to sell dormakaba products and solutions to customers, by securing enquiries, converting sales to orders and developing existing accounts. This also means offering tailored solutions to meet all customer requirements and provide a complete solution. • The Area Manager will be responsible to develop business in the allocated region consisting of following counties: TIMIS, ARAD, CARAS SEVERIN, HUNEDOARA, BIHOR, SALAJ, SATU MARE, MARAMURES. • You will also be accountable for the overall performance of sales within your area and be able to develop a strong pipeline to contribute to continued success, while constantly developing awareness of our company. • This role will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, evaluating the market and conducting business in line with applicable laws and regulations. What we expect: • You will have a proven track record of delivering sales and be able to demonstrate how you have exceeded targets within competitive environments. • Proven experience in glass and door hardware industry is a must. • In addition, we are looking for candidates with a passion to deliver excellent customer service, as well as, great communication and the ability to negotiate and close a sale.
