We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help improve inventory accuracy, shipping efficiency, and day-to-day warehouse operations.What you’ll do:▪ Oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate team assignments▪ Manage receiving, storage, dispatch, and stocktaking for raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods▪ Maintain accurate ERP/warehouse records and investigate inventory discrepancies▪ Improve storage layouts, material flow, and 5S practices▪ Monitor slow-moving inventory and resolve stock and shipping issues▪ Work closely with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to support material availability and timely deliveriesWhat we’re looking for:▪ Experience in warehousing, materials management, or manufacturing logistics▪ Experience supervising staff, assigning tasks, or leading an operational team▪ Familiarity with inventory processes, ERP systems, and Excel▪ A practical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement▪ Willingness to work in Romania and collaborate across cultures; English communication skills are a plus📩 Interested?
