You will manage and grow existing accounts and have an eye for developing and converting new business opportunities.

You will have the ability to develop client partnerships, with a strong emphasis on relationship management skills and business acumen. You will work hand-in-hand with our Account Directors to manage day-to-day projects for a broad range of clients. Being a fully integrated communications agency, the work will include everything from brand development, digital marketing, publications and above and below the line advertising through to website development.

Your responsibilities will initially include:

• Building client relationships by nurturing, identifying and creating business opportunities
• Quoting and managing budgets
• Setting and managing deadlines
• Briefing and coordinating jobs
• Liaising with clients
• Production management – print and digital
• Working within a team to develop strategy and creativity.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in an agency Account Service role
• Proven business growth capabilities
• A comprehensive understanding of print production and demonstrated experience in managing a variety of print-based projects
• A passion for digital communications, and experience working across a range of digital mediums, including AI
• Experience working with clients in the government, industrial and not-for-profit sectors (desirable, but not essential)
• An understanding of and an interest in social and political issues (desirable, but not essential).
