Descrierea jobului


We are looking for a highly motivated and creative person who can manage relationships with clients. The account manager should be the main point of contact for the company's clients in the gambling market. They should build and maintain positive relationships with these clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the company's products and services.


• Analyze clients websites and build promo strategy for each client;
• Make forecasts of the income that company will make in a month (gross/net);
• Use analytical skills to evaluate the efficiency of the promo. Make reports based on the analysis and present it to senior management;
• Collaborate with internal teams: The account manager should collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that clients are receiving the best possible service. They should communicate client’s needs and feedback to these teams, and work with them to implement solutions that meet clients' needs;
• Handle billing and invoicing: The account manager should handle billing and invoicing for clients, ensuring that invoices are accurate and clients are paying on time. They should also work with clients to resolve any billing issues or disputes that may arise;
•Monitor and report on client performance;
•Monitor industry trends: The account manager should monitor industry trends at the expo, gathering information about competitors, emerging technologies, and other developments in the gambling market. They should report on these trends to internal teams and recommend changes as needed;
• Help the Commercial team to prepare for the main industry’s events and, if required, attend
• Network with existing clients: The account manager should network with existing clients at conferences, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities;
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office;
