We are looking for a highly motivated and data driven Account Specialist to join our growing team.
As an Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maximize our partners performance on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Partner growth - drive the commercial growth of existing restaurant partners;
- Portfolio management - oversee a portfolio of partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers and Wolt;
- Performance optimization - use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns and provide high level consultation to boost results;
- Relationship building - act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication and supporting expansion opportunities;
- Cross-functional collaboration - ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Our humble expectations
- 2-3 years of experience in account development, retail operations, sales; experience in e-commerce or marketplace is a plus;
- Analytical thinking - strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale;
- Project management - skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation;
- Ownership - proactive, structured and detail - oriented and a “can do” attitude;
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
