Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Târgovişte for an Accountant. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, reconcile accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and oversee the preparation of financial statements. Additional responsibilities include preparing tax filings, ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting audits, and working on budgeting and financial analysis tasks. The Accountant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure financial efficiency and operational accuracy while adhering to organizational procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in general accounting tasks including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation
• Knowledge of tax filing processes, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements specific to accounting and audits
• Strong analytical skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Experience in utilizing accounting software and tools for accurate bookkeeping and reporting
• Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
• Prior experience in an advisory or compliance role is highly desirable.
