In this role you will 
Support the accounting process within the Romanian entity of the WebBeds Group in accordance with approved policy and procedure
Key responsibilities 
- We are accepting applications across Romania
Support for recording accounting and financial activities (e.g.: invoices from suppliers, bank statements, business trips);
reconcile all bank accounts;
process and prepare payment for invoices received from suppliers, per defined procedures;
assist in the processing of the monthly timekeeping of the employees ( verify timekeeping in the agreed monthly timelines);
checking the reports received from HR departments (holidays, bank holidays, medical; leaves, extra days off, business trips, maternity leaves, overtime) with the timekeeping;
assist in preparation the monthly payroll;
prepare and distribute the monthly payslips required by employees;
supporting month-end closing activities (checks in accounts, reconciliation of accounts, revision of revenues and expenses);
support the Accounting team with all aspects of financial reporting as required;
to undertake any other relevant tasks as instructed by the Financial Accounting Manager
The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); 
A good understanding of working with confidential data and information; 
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English; 
Flexible, open to change, and proactive; 
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills; 
Ability to work independently, attention to details and accuracy, risk awareness;
