Descriere:

Accounts Payable (AP) & Cash Maintenance:
Full Cycle AP: Systematically receive, validate, and record all vendor and manufacturer invoices into the AP tracking system.
Approval Workflow: Manage the internal routing of invoices to ensure all expenditures are authorized by the correct department heads.
Payment Execution: Prepare and execute payment runs via bank transfer, ensuring vendors are paid according to agreed terms and records are updated immediately.
Cash Monitoring: Perform daily reconciliations of bank balances to ensure all operational disbursements are accurately reflected.
General Ledger (GL) & Financial Reporting:
GL Integration: Ensure all sub-ledger activity (AP) is accurately posted to the General Ledger.
Month-End Support: Assist in the month-end closing process by performing bank reconciliations and verifying the accuracy of expense allocations.
Periodic Reporting: Generate standard financial reports, including P&L summaries and expense trackers, for review by leadership.
Extra Cost Administration: Record and validate supplementary invoices or "extra costs," ensuring proper documentation is filed for every disbursement.
Qualifications (Updated for BPO/Transactional Focus)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: 3+ years in a structured accounting environment. Experience in a BPO or Shared Service Center (SSC) is highly preferred, specifically in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) or R2R (Record-to-Report) workflows.
Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Accounts Payable lifecycle and double-entry bookkeeping.
Systems: Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) or large-scale ERPs (SAP, Oracle). High proficiency in Excel is required.
Language: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), as is standard in the Romanian BPO sector.
