Your impact, at the heart of our Finance team
As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support the Accounts Payable team in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your accounting knowledge, and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
How You Will Contribute

• Validate and post PO and non-PO invoices
• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify VAT and withholding tax details
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
• Support resolution of invoice queries and exceptions
• Ensure payments are processed correctly
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice and payment-related queries
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Run reports and support issue identification and resolution
• Provide excellent service to suppliers and stakeholders
  

What You Bring

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent
• 6–12 months of experience or internship in Accounts Payable (or relevant field)
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluency in English and Hungarian
