If you come with expertise and experience in preparation of documents for a successful work permit application process (for non-EU citizens) and you know your country's bureaucracy like the back of your hand, we welcome you to our multinational company! If you also show us that you are well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks, utilise time well, and you can, on most days, manage it all with a smile, we would like to arrange an interview with you and talk about how we can work together. We’d like to hear from you that working in an international team for you is an added value and English is your second language. We hope you are familiar with business etiquette and have exceptional organisational skills and that you know how to manage challenging situations with clients in a calm and professional manner. Ideally, field work, if and when required, will not be a chore for you!

Job description:

Work includes handling telephone calls with our clients (local employers) and our sales team (colleagues from your country) in order to collect and prepare all the necessary documents for the process of obtaining work permits. Preparation of documents for the process of work permit applications as required by the Immigration Office / The Ministry of Internal Affairs. and inputting data in our system. Contacting translators and employment offices and other authorities in regard to obtaining and completing all documents required for submitting work permit applications, You will also be coordinating the team that will be working with you ensuring that the process flows smoothly.

As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed salary together with bonuses you will receive as reward for your efficacy. Working hours are between 9 am and 5 pm and can be discussed and arranged differently.

Requirements:

  • Experience and expertise in preparation and submission of work permit applications
  • Good knowledge of the local legislation framework and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management
  • Team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Impeccable command of your local language and good knowledge of English language
  • Driving licence is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Readiness to attend meetings outside of the comfort of your home (occasionally)
