Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania,located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people.
We are looking for a talented AI Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and help us building a strong and positive workplace culture.
As an AI Marketing Operations Specialist (m/f/d), you will design, operate and continuously improve AI powered workflows that accelerate execution across Corporate Marketing. You combine a strong marketing mindset with the ability to configure modern AI tools, implement scalable solutions and translate ideas into operational value. You think creatively, work hands on and bring curiosity for what AI can unlock in content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing and workflow automation.
The role | Your tasks.

• Build or implement AI powered solutions that accelerate content creation, campaign development and workflow automation
• Configure AI tools and integrate them into our marketing environments to efficient execution
• Translate marketing needs into scalable AI solutions with measurable operational impact
• Use data to optimize AI workflows and improve performance
• Support AI enhanced lead nurturing and the handling of contracts from exhibitions and digital touchpoints
• Set up operate AI supported lead sources and digital touchpoints
• Contribute to rollout activities in our Business Units and collaborate with Corporate Marketing at our Headquarter
  

Your Experiences And Competencies.

• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or a related field is beneficial
• Proven experience working with AI tools in a marketing context, including workflow design and automation
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital marketing processes and content operations
• Ability to configure modern AI tools without coding and translate technical capabilities into marketing value
• Comfortable working with CRM or CMS related data points to enhance workflow logic and automation quality
• Excellent communication skills in English language, German skills are an advantage
• Structured and analytical working style combined with creativity and curiosity
• Hands on mindset with the ability to work independently and reliably
