AmpliQore Agency is looking for an AI-Powered Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Bucharest. We’re searching for a creative and strategic thinker who understands both digital storytelling and the power of AI-driven workflows.

In this role, you’ll help elevate brands through engaging content, smarter automation, audience insights, and performance-focused social media strategies. You’ll work closely with our digital marketing team to create impactful campaigns that combine creativity, technology, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize social media content across multiple platforms
  
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing and brand objectives
  
• Write compelling copy and coordinate visuals, reels, and short-form video content
  
• Integrate AI and automation tools into content workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
  
• Use AI-powered platforms for ideation, trend analysis, audience insights, and content optimization
  
• Monitor social media performance and translate data into actionable improvements
  
• Stay updated on platform trends, digital innovation, and emerging AI tools
  
• Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and creative teams
  
• Manage communication and content approval processes when needed
  
• Produce high-quality content in both English and Romanian
  
• Contribute fresh campaign ideas and innovative digital concepts
  

Requirements & Skills

• 
  
• Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
  
• Fluent in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
  
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
  
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, automation platforms, or social media AI assistants
  
• Understanding of how AI and automation enhance content creation, engagement, and analytics
  
• Strong creative eye with attention to aesthetics and detail
  
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  
• Based in Bucharest and available to work on-site 5 days/ week
