Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for API integrations and assist clients in resolving integration-related issues
- Investigate and troubleshoot incidents using logs, API responses, and testing tools such as Postman
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
- Manage multiple support requests simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication in English and Hungarian

📢 We are looking for a motivated API & Technical Support Specialist with Hungarian & English to join our TP Romania team, focusing on investigating and resolving technical issues, providing support for integrations, and performing basic troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Experience in Technical Support, API Support, Integration Support, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and HTTP status codes
- Experience using Postman or similar API testing tools
- Ability to investigate logs and perform basic troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced English and Hungarian language skills.
