Position: Architectural Design & CAD Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19 - $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle architectural design workflows from concept modeling to detailed drawing sets.
• Develop and refine 3D models while maintaining design integrity across all phases.
• Organize and manage digital files, layers, and documentation for efficient coordination.
• Produce accurate plans, sections, elevations, and construction-ready documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate workflows and technical decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex modeling and design challenges.
• Document and articulate design processes to support AI training and workflow standardization.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Rhino3D and Vectorworks for architectural design projects.
• Expertise in file coordination, organization, and documentation management.
• Deep understanding of technical workflows in architectural design and drafting.
• Ability to develop detailed 3D models and translate concepts into construction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation of design intent.
• Strong problem-solving skills in handling complex design and workflow challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
