PURPOSE

The role is critical for the factory to maintain high efficiency on the production lines by managing all control & automation systems including software and hardware throughout the production site in line with Group standards, safety guidelines and work instructions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To repair and debug control devices to avoid production loss, as well as create documentation based on the schematics and wiring plans for each device
To follow electrical regulations and inspect controllers to ensure code compliance
To troubleshoot PLC, Industrial Control systems and relay control circuits
To support perform fault diagnosis and rectification of control system faults & failures
To assist in the implementation of control systems for new processes & equipment
To participate in emergency on-call duty on a rotational basis and work all shifts flexibly when job demands
To ensure a high level of housekeeping of the working area is maintained throughout the shift
To ensure health & safety rules are adhered to

Education: Engineering - electronical or automation profile;

Experience: at least 5-10 years in a similar role

Languages: fluent English level, italian is a plus;

PC literacy: Microsoft Office and industrial automation programs

Personal profile: Result oriented and team worker, with good communication skills and practical organizing abilities.
