🔮 The Cool Stuff You'll Be Doing (AI & Automation First)

• Architecting the Future: Designing and executing cutting-edge AI solutions, including AI-driven calling, automated recruitment pipelines, and hyper-personalized sales outreach.
• Greenfield Innovation: Spotting operational bottlenecks across our European recruitment network and creating brand-new, creative processes and automations from scratch to maximize company-wide time savings.
• Workflow Sorcery: Building and maintaining advanced, scalable automated workflows to eliminate repetitive, administrative tasks so our teams can focus on genuine human interaction.
• System Integration: Reading API documentation to build seamless integrations and leveraging robust cloud infrastructure.
• Tech Optimization: Maximizing the power of our project management tools and deeply integrating our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Being a Tech Liaison: Translating non-technical pain points from other departments into smooth, automated, and secure solutions.

🎯 Who Are You?

• You have a proven track record in AI implementations and cross-departmental workflow automation.
• You possess a highly proactive, creative mind with an obsession for what AI can achieve and a "can-do" attitude.
• You thrive in an international environment and speak fluent English (Dutch is a great bonus!).
• Structured enough to maintain core IT & Security Foundations: Comfortable managing essential IT operations (provisioning Google Workspace/ChromeOS accounts, basic networking via Cisco Meraki, SaaS vendor management, password management, and phishing tests) to keep our automated ecosystem secure.
