DESCRIPTION

The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, providing exceptional service and strategic counsel to clients. They will take ownership of small projects or elements within larger programs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of social media programs and influencer partnerships to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  • Daily lead on delivering exceptional service and counsel to clients, building strong relationships and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Ownership of small projects or elements within larger programs, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead in all influencer identification and hitlist construction, partnering with the team to execute influencer marketing strategies.
  • Provide key strategic thinking, contributing innovative ideas and insights to elevate the creative and activation work.
  • Mentor, build, inspire, and oversee junior-level brand team members and production staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Generate ideas and actions that enhance creative and activation work, working closely with the creative team to develop engaging campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's competition and industry landscape to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Track budgets and results for all programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable success.
  • Responsible for constructing call reports and recaps, documenting key discussions and action items from client meetings.
  • Lead in presentation proofing and formatting, ensuring high-quality deliverables that effectively communicate strategic insights.
  • Take the lead in presentation construction and development, creating compelling and visually engaging materials.
  • Support senior leadership in all aspects of the account, collaborating on strategic initiatives and providing valuable input.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing successful brand marketing initiatives and client relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring and managing junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and industry trends.
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite and presentation building.


CONSIDERATIONS

  • The ideal candidate has a passion for brand marketing, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
  • Must maintain the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, sometimes in excess of 16+ continuous hours.
  • Must maintain access to reliable and consistent transportation and remain available for project-related travel, including tasks that require the use of a personal or company-issued vehicle, at all times.
  • Hybrid work environment: 3 to 5 days in-office each week.


COMPENSATION

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to medical/dental insurance, 401 (k), and/or other benefits.
