€275 - €325 Per day

The Role

You will play a key role in understanding customer needs, shaping requirements, and supporting delivery teams within an agile framework. This position requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Journey & User Needs

• Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Capture and document user needs, translating them into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Support and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment

Tools & Platforms

• Manage backlogs and support sprint planning using Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Maintain clear and structured documentation within Confluence to support collaboration and knowledge sharing

Delivery & Prioritisation

• Manage and prioritise workload across multiple concurrent projects
• Ensure consistent delivery against timelines while balancing competing demands
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery

Skills & Experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile environments with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and completeness of requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience within pricing or pricing-related projects
• Exposure to B2B or fleet-based business models
