At IV Future, we are expanding our team! We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience, ready to drive digital transformation for clients across diverse industries, including Hospitality, Fitness, Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, and Professional Services.

💼 Your Role at a Glance

You will work directly with our clients to understand their challenges and objectives. Your mission will be to transform their vision into clear software requirements, user stories, and process flows, ensuring seamless execution for our development, QA, and project management teams.

🛠️ What Will You Do?

• Gathering & Analysis: Meet with clients, analyze their business processes, and identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI adoption
• Documentation: Create clear requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications for the development team
• Collaboration:Act as the bridge between clients, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to keep everyone aligned
• Support & Implementation: Help define software solutions, support testing activities to verify requirements, and assist clients during onboarding and software adoption

🎯 Key Skills We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Bridge Builder: Proven ability to translate business needs into clear software requirements
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and confidence when working directly with clients

💡 Nice to Have:

• Experience working with software products or SaaS platforms
• A keen interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma
