Business Analyst (Finance)

We are seeking a Finance-focused Business Analyst to join our growing Software Development team. This is a unique opportunity to work on NAXT, our proprietary ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

As a Business Analyst, you will...

• Learn the functionality of the D365 Finance and Operations/AX 2012 software as well our product NAXT, with a special focus on finance module
• Translate business requirements into functional design for the development team to implement
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams and are in line with XAPT standards/processes
• Work hand-in-hand with Support and Onsite consulting teams to troubleshoot and classify defects, prioritize appropriately and ensure expected functionality is fully understood
• Do testing on bugfixes and enhancement developments
• Work closely with software developers to help them understand business needs
• Occasionally lead calls/meetings with clients
• Run internal training and prepare training materials

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as finance specialist
• Excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing
• Striving for continuous learning and development, diligence and responsible attitude
• Demonstration of attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with a Microsoft Dynamics product or other ERP system is a huge advantage (e.g. as a key user, business analyst or consultant)
