Business Controller

We are currently looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Sibiu and support international controlling, reporting, and business analysis activities within a dynamic global environment.

What is the role about?

·        Contribute to the build-up of a Group reporting function, supporting the creation and further development of the reporting after the launch of the new ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

·        Perform data source mapping, ensure the expected flow of data from back end to front-end in cooperation with other functions.

·        Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, linking to Microsoft Dynamics 365).

·        Support Head of Group Controlling in ad-hoc analysis, projections and reporting for senior management.

·        Support & ensure a smooth change management in finance processes and reporting.

·        Work closely with the worldwide finance community, contributing to finance projects.

·        Support the accounting teams of the HQ in Switzerland and in Romania, esp. during absences of other finance team members.

What do you need to have?

·        Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

·        5+ years of working experience in a similar position.

·        Confident in Financial Accounting (IFRS), Reporting and main related topics.

·        Strong analytical skills, well-structured and detail oriented, communicative and collaborative.

·        Comfortable in navigating complex data and able to translate it into easily digestible reports (Power BI).

·        Possesses high learning agility and conceptual thinking.

·        Proficient English written and verbal communication.

·        Solid experience in data management, data transformation, data load and data quality management.
