What You’ll Do

• Research clinics, medical businesses, industrial companies, and potential clients
• Contact prospects by phone and email
• Write short, clear outreach messages and follow-ups
• Help arrange meetings and demos
• Keep track of leads, conversations, objections, and next steps
• Test our AI healthcare portal, chatbot platform, and automation tools
• Report bugs, confusing steps, or weak AI responses clearly
• Help improve prompts, chatbot instructions, FAQs, and client materials
• Create simple presentations, emails, call scripts, and product explanations
• Use AI tools daily to draft, research, test, and improve content

You’re a Good Fit If You

• Communicate clearly in Romanian and English
• Are comfortable calling people you do not know
• Can write professional messages and emails
• Are curious about AI and willing to learn fast
• Can understand digital tools without needing everything explained many times
• Are organized and follow up without being reminded
• Can test a platform carefully and explain what is wrong
• Have initiative and like solving practical problems

Required

• Strong communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Daily office presence in Livezeni
• Comfort with phone calls, outreach, and follow-up
• Willingness to use AI tools every day
• Interest in learning practical AI concepts such as prompts, LLMs, embeddings, chatbot knowledge bases, hallucinations, and AI limitations

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales, customer support, marketing, software, medical services, admin, or operations
• Experience contacting clients, suppliers, or decision-makers
• Experience with GPT or other AI tools
• Ability to create simple presentations, documents, or social media posts
