MapowerGroup Romania is seeking a Business Development Manager for one of the most important companies in Romania. The company is part of an international group with a global presence, active in the industrial manufacturing sector and operating across several locations in Europe.

The Business Development Manager role is focused on developing commercial relationships and generating new business opportunities in Romania and Eastern Europe, with a focus on technical manufacturing for industrial clients. The company operates in an international and collaborative environment, where commercial activities are coordinated at group level, and solutions can be developed and delivered through multiple production facilities depending on client needs.

We are looking for a professional with a strong “hunter” profile, capable of identifying new opportunities, building solid business relationships, and promoting the company’s industrial and technical capabilities in a consultative manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• developing and expanding the portfolio of new clients;

• identifying and approaching commercial opportunities in the assigned markets;

• promoting the group’s services and production capabilities;

• collaborating with international technical and commercial teams to develop the right solutions for clients;

• participating in business meetings, client visits, and networking activities;

• maintaining direct and constant collaboration with the local team to support business growth;

• monitoring commercial results and preparing activity reports.

Ideal Profile:

• minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales in an industrial or technical environment;

• experience in business development and acquiring new clients;

• strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

• entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach;

• advanced English language skills;

• willingness to travel frequently within Romania and the region.
