Business Development

  1. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Datacenter and Energy verticals.
  2. Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across Romania.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Datacenter operators
  • Colocation providers
  • Enterprise customers
  • Renewable energy developers
  • Utilities
  • EPC contractors
  • Electrical contractors
  • Engineering consultants
  • Investors and project owners


Sales & Pipeline Management

  1. Generate a qualified pipeline aligned with company growth objectives.
  2. Drive opportunities from prospecting to contract signature.
  3. Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate bid responses.
  4. Build account plans for strategic customers.
  5. Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.


Ecosystem Development

  1. Expand relationships with technology vendors and partners.
  2. Develop cooperation with consultants and influencers involved in datacenter and energy projects.
  3. Monitor market developments, investment plans and upcoming projects.


Market Intelligence

  1. Track major datacenter developments in Romania and CEE.
  2. Monitor renewable energy, battery storage and critical infrastructure projects.
  3. Identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats.Candidates should be able to demonstrate existing active customer relationships and a current pipeline of opportunities within the Datacenter and/or Energy sectors.


About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly connected Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Datacenter and Energy sectors in Romania.
The ideal candidate already has an established network of relationships with key stakeholders including end customers, EPCs, system integrators, consultants, contractors, utilities, renewable energy developers and datacenter operators.
This role is focused on identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities while building a sustainable sales pipeline for infrastructure, datacenter and energy-related solutions.
Mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven track record in Datacenter, Critical Infrastructure, Energy or Electrical Solutions.
  • Existing network of decision makers within the Romanian market.
  • Demonstrated experience generating and closing complex B2B opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.Strong Advantage
  • Experience working with one or more of:

UPS systems
Critical power solutions
Cooling solutions
Datacenter infrastructure
Power distribution
Electrical equipment
Energy storage systems (BESS)
Solar and renewable energy projects
Industrial automation
Building management systems
