Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:
• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)
• Cyber ​​Security
• DevOps/DevSecOps
• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions
• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

•
Bachelor’s degree or higher
•
At least average-level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/PL-SQL/DB2 SQL, etc.) or NoSQL (e.g., ElasticSearch, Redis)
•
3+ years’ experience in business & systems analysis
•
Proven experience with systems integration, including hands-on work designing, implementing, and testing API integrations
•
Previous experience with complex Digital projects (medium term) is mandatory
•
Demonstrated ability to work with API design (REST, SOAP, etc.), implement end-to-end connectivity between heterogeneous systems, and use tools for API management and monitoring
•
Strong skills with visual modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts), particularly as applied to integration architectures and data flows
•
Experience documenting complex application flows using sequence diagrams, integration diagrams, and data flow diagrams
•
Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements, interface specifications, and data mappings
•
Knowledge of messaging and event-driven integrations (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ or similar)
•
Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SoapUI
•
Knowledge of XML and JSON data structures
•
Ability to perform impact analysis, identify risks, and provide solution recommendations
•
Understanding of microservices architecture
•
Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for analysis, content generation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•
Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements;
• Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations;
• Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
• Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;
• Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
• Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
• Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
• Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;
• Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs). Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
