Main responsibilities and tasks:

✔ Lead and overseethe local accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in alignment with group policies and local regulations to headquarter.

✔ Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closingactivities, including financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages for the multinational group.

✔ Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax requirements, internal controls, and corporate governance procedures.

✔ Manage accounts payable,accounts receivable, generalledger, fixed assets,and cash flow processes.

✔ Support internal and external audits,ensuring audit readiness and effective implementation of recommendations.

✔ Ensure accuracy of statutoryreporting, tax declarations, and financial compliance requirements.

✔ Act as a key finance partnerfor plant leadership, providing financial insightsto support business growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

✔ Coordinate with regionaland global financeteams to ensurealignment with corporate standards, reporting requirements, and best practices.

Required qualifications and skills:

• University degree
• CECCAR certification is an advantage
• 2 yearsof experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in a similarrole (Chief Accountant / Accounting Team Leader)
• Fluent in English
• MS Office proficiency and SAP moduleknowledge
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Strong senseof responsibility and attention to detail
• Category B driving license
