Adecco Permanent recruitment is looking for a Financial Manager (f/m) for one of it’s partners a leading manufacturer in Flexible Polyurethane Foam Slab in Mures county.
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager, to undertake all aspects of managing financial department responsible for reporting of a legal entity and report into the Group structure;
Department under his/ her control is responsible for corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

• University / Batchelor degree in finance and accounting
• ­ 10+ years of experience in combined accounting and finance positions, including minimum 3 years of documented managerial position
• ­ Experience in working in production environment
• ­ Through knowledge of accounting principles
• ­ Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• ­ Experience with creating financial statements
• ­ Literacy with IT skills;
• ­ Ability to work in a team and lead a team
• ­ Good communications skills
• ­ Fluent English in writing and speaking

• Develop and maintain financial structure of the organisation, including professional development of subordinates (direct lead 10-16 people team)
• ­ Manage and control all accounting operations including , A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, inventory accounting , credit control and petty cash
• ­ Supervise reporting cycles; timely and accurate report financials in line with Group (internal) and external standards
• ­ Manage and comply with local and state reporting requirements for tax filings
• ­ Prepare & liaise with external and internal auditors
• ­ Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
• ­ Implement and adhere to internal controls
• ­ prepare budget and financial forecasts; report on variances
• ­ Manage the cash flow; prepare cash flow forecasts and variance analysis
