MISSION

Carry out and control all topographical works for wind projects, ensuring very high accuracy and low tolerance levels for earthworks, access roads, platforms, foundations, MV cables, underground. Support construction teams with precise survey data to guarantee compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Follow and implement CJR Renewables standards and procedures, QSE references, in order to ensure the works execution and comply with the agreed deadlines and costs, without QSE incidents, penalties or non-compliances.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform topographical surveys for access roads, platforms, foundations, drainage systems, and cable trenches in wind projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with low error tolerances required for renewable energy infrastructure.
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, layouts, and design documents.
• Set out works on site and verify positions, elevations, and alignments during construction.
• Monitor and control executed works, identifying deviations and supporting corrective actions.
• Prepare and update as-built surveys and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Managers, Quality Controller, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all survey activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

MAIN DUTIES

• Use and operate GPS/GNSS systems, Total Stations, and other surveying equipment.
• Establish and maintain site control points and benchmarks.
• Carry out volume calculations for cut & fill and earthworks monitoring.
• Support planning and progress control through accurate survey data.
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and records for internal use and client submission.
• Assist construction teams with technical clarification related to surveying and setting-out.
• Participate in site meetings when required.
• Support multiple projects when necessary
• Maintaining site documentation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional standards
• Execution of orders entered in the construction log book
• Preparation of as-built documentation of construction works
• Assist and provide technical support to worksite teams;
• To prepare weekly measurements of the worksite
