Your role
The Cluster Chef will oversee the multi-operational kitchen and stewarding teams across all our F&B operations in the Prahova valley region. Based in Sinaia, this role will be crucial for driving a complete business turnaround for our culinary and kitchen operations while implementing innovative concepts and ensuring the highest quality, process optimization, and consistency. The Cluster Executive Chef will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving organizational goals.
Your Journey

• Oversee kitchen and stewarding operations across multiple properties, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and resource management.
• Lead, mentor, and train our culinary and stewarding teams while fostering a culture of learning and excellence. At the same time drive team engagement, professional development, and asset personal performance.
• Develop and implement innovative culinary concepts that align with business objectives, customer preferences, and corporate guidelines.
• Ensure the timely introduction of seasonal menus and new offerings that emphasize fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients.
• Establish and enforce culinary standards to ensure consistency across all operations, from food preparation to presentation.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain the highest level of hygiene, safety, and food quality.
• Able to lead sustainability initiatives in sourcing, waste management, and energy-efficient kitchen operations.
• Optimize kitchen processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and manage food costs effectively.
• Ensure the delivery of an exceptional dining experience by prioritizing customer preferences, feedback, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with front-of-house teams to align food service with overall guest experience objectives.
• Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to set budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost-effective solutions.
  

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• Proven experience as an experienced Executive Chef or similar leadership role in high-volume, multi-unit operations (hotels, restaurants, villas).
• Extensive knowledge of modern culinary techniques, menu development, and food trends.
• Strong understanding of sustainability practices and process optimization in the kitchen.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Passion for quality, creativity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
