We are hiring a CNC Programming Engineer who will play a key role in developing, optimizing and maintaining CNC programs that ensure efficient and high-quality production.

🎓 What we are looking for:

a) Graduate of specialized higher education

b) Good knowledge of CAD CAM software, MS Office tools

c) In-depth knowledge of CNCs and milling/casting/turning machines

d) High level of technical knowledge: technical drawing, manufacturing/material processing processes; measuring instruments

e) Experience in technical/mechanical design

f) Knowledge of operating and reporting in ERP systems

g) Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

h) Intermediate-advanced English

🛠️ Key responsibilities:

• Creating, implementing and customizing CNC programs

• Troubleshooting code and controlling the operation of CNC equipment

• Proposing improvements to optimize processes

• Ensuring the operation of CNC equipment

• Elaborating price offers for new requests

• Making products according to specifications: technical drawing, manufacturing procedure, respecting established working times

• Controlling the conformity of parts with the requirements of design documents

• Making corrections/adjustments

• Measuring parts and performing visual inspection to ensure that quality requirements are met

• Collaborating with the Sales, Quality and Production Departments to ensure new products corresponding to the customer's specification, respecting the quality standards in Vimetco Extrusion
