• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate colleagues with experience in Collections, who are fluent in both English and French, to join the CWS family in our Accounts Receivable department.
What do we expect from you:

• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting - preferable Collections
• Advanced level of English and French
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• High attention to details
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and be proactive
• Team spirit
