About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and drive business development in the naval industry. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of the Commercial Department, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.

• Drive business development and identify new opportunities in domestic and international markets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

• Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team and continuous process improvement.

• Contribute to strategic planning, resource optimization and continuous process improvement.

• Promote innovation and support the development of effective commercial strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the naval, maritime or technical industry.

• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

• A university degree in a technical field.

• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international business environment.

• Availability to travel within Romania and internationally.

• A strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.
