Our engineering-driven culture values autonomy, experimentation, and psychological safety. We're scaling rapidly and need someone who can make our story as strong externally as it is internally.


The Opportunity


We have a visibility problem, not a quality problem. We're building one of the most advanced creator performance platforms in the market, with strong platform partnerships and customers that love us. But we're under-communicating all of it.


We need a full-stack content marketer who can own the entire content engine: from strategy to execution, from writing to publishing, from thought leadership to social posts. You're not managing a team of specialists, you are the content team. You write, you edit, you record, you design, you publish, you measure.


This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role. You'll work directly with our leadership team, and customers to extract stories, insights, and proof points, and turn them into content that drives pipeline, builds authority, and keeps our customers engaged.


What You'll Own


Brand Narrative & Positioning


  • Own The Cirqle's external messaging: how we describe what we do, who we're for, and why we win
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and boilerplate that the whole team can use consistently
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling market language


PR & Earned Media


  • Build and manage relationships with relevant trade press, journalists, and industry analysts (adtech, creator economy, performance marketing)
  • Develop a proactive PR calendar: product news, data stories, executive commentary, and funding or partnership announcements
  • Write press releases, media pitches, and contributed articles for external publications
  • Identify speaking opportunities and award submissions that build market visibility for leadership


Thought Leadership & Executive Communications


  • Develop and execute our C-level LinkedIn thought leadership program (ghostwriting, content calendar, engagement strategy)
  • Write long-form content that positions The Cirqle at the forefront of creator performance marketing
  • Create opinion pieces and commentary on industry trends (AI in influencer marketing, creator economy evolution, performance attribution)


Customer Content & Proof Points


  • Produce 1-2 case studies per month from our customer base: written, visual, and short-form formats
  • Capture and package customer testimonials, ROI stories, and proof points for sales enablement
  • Build a structured library of evidence the whole go-to-market team can draw from


Content Marketing


  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts targeting high-intent keywords
  • Develop comparison and positioning content vs. key competitors
  • Manage a content calendar that serves pipeline, authority, and customer retention simultaneously


Customer & Internal Communications


  • Design and produce a monthly product update digest for existing customers
  • Create email and in-app communications for feature launches, updates, and educational content
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across every customer-facing touchpoint


Social & Channel Presence


  • Own our LinkedIn presence: strategy, content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Repurpose long-form content across formats and channels with minimal production overhead
  • Monitor industry conversations and position The Cirqle in relevant discussions


What You Bring


Must-Haves

- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, you've done this before, ideally at a scale-up or high-growth company

- You can write. Compelling, clear, structured copy that sounds human. Blog posts, case studies, social posts, emails, decks — you can do it all

- You can produce video. Not cinema-quality, but clean, engaging short-form content. You're comfortable on camera or behind it

- You think in systems. Editorial calendars, repurposing workflows, distribution checklists

- You're self-directed. In 16-24 hours per week, there's no room for hand-holding. You prioritise ruthlessly, ship V1s, and iterate based on data

- You understand performance marketing. You know what ROAS means, why attribution matters, and how content feeds a B2B pipeline. You're not coming from a brand-awareness-only background

- You're fluent in English. Native or near-native written and spoken English is non-negotiable, our market and ambition are global


Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in creator marketing, creator economy, or adtech

- Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership programs and personal brand building

- SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization, topic clustering)

- Experience with CRM and design tools, and/or video editing tools (CapCut, Descript, Premiere)

- Understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem

- Dutch language skills (not required, but useful for local events and communications)

How We Work


- We ship V1s. We'd rather publish something good on Tuesday than something perfect never

- We own outcomes, not tasks. Your KPI isn't "publish 4 blog posts", it's "drive X qualified leads from content" and "increase brand search volume by Y%"

- We protect focus. Part-time means you need to be deliberate. We won't bury you in meetings or ad hoc requests

- We say no with reasons. If something doesn't serve the goal, push back. We expect it

- We're async-first. Documentation over meetings. Looms over calls. Written briefs over verbal hand-offs

- We operate a hybrid work policy, but for this role we need you in the office at least 50% of your time
