• Conduct complex market analysis to inform compensation strategies. Participate in salary surveys, and analyze data from survey sources to determine competitiveness both internally and externally, by updating salary grids and Comp&ben packages;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation and benefits with organizational goals.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of company procedures, processes, and tools to accomplish highly specialized tasks.
• Define a compensation framework that reflects the organization culture and objectives
