Your Profile
Degree in: Economical Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
Language: English – Advanced
Skills & Knowledge:
•    Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI
•    Human Resources fundamentals
•    Compensation analysis and structuring
Your Daily Responsibilities
•    Analyze organizational structures and promote standardization across Tenaris
•    Define job descriptions for new positions within your scope
•    Perform position classification and evaluation
•    Assist in updating salary structures based on market trends and business needs
•    Participate in external compensation surveys
•    Propose bonuses, special awards, and benefit grants
•    Provide salary and bonus information to the payroll department
