• Implementation and monitoring of compliance projects – you will coordinate and track the implementation of projects related to customer compliance requirements across the entire company, ensuring alignment across all departments;
• Compliance data management – you will update and maintain compliance databases and information on customer portals/systems, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date information;
• Periodic reporting – you will prepare compliance reports according to each customer's requirements and submit them within established deadlines;
• Customer relations – you will provide support and assistance to customers, maintaining effective communication and strengthening partnership relationships;
• Regular internal audits – you will organize periodic internal audits to verify and validate the full implementation of customer compliance requirements;

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in the manufacturing industry;
• Solid experience in the field of quality management or compliance management;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in complex situations;
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
