Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager, located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Construction Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, managing project schedules and budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The role also involves liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams, delegate tasks, and ensure high performance.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to monitor financial performance and maintain project timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction practices and methods.
• Comprehensive understanding of Construction Safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction management or related roles.
• Proficiency in project management and construction management software is a plus.
