Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Construction Project Manager based in Sibiu. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Key responsibilities include managing project budgets, supervising teams, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and resolving potential project issues effectively. The role requires consistent communication with team members and stakeholders to monitor progress and address concerns.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management methodologies
• Ability to manage budgeting and financial aspects of construction projects
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams
• Relevant certifications in construction management, project management, or related fields are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred
• Prior experience in construction or project management roles is advantageous
• Good knowledge of HG1/2018
