This role blends creative direction with data-driven strategy, working closely with our specialists and partners to ensure campaigns are impactful, measurable, and aligned with client goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and organic channels, ensuring each is aligned with client objectives and performing to target.Understand and interpret paid media performance (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads), reviewing results, spotting opportunities, and guiding the team on optimizations toward ROAS and acquisition goals.Analyze campaign performance across channels using analytics tools, translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.Develop and coordinate campaign content: ads, landing pages, email, social, and web copy, ensuring it's on-brand and conversion-focused.Apply SEO and SEM best practices to improve rankings, organic traffic, and overall campaign efficiency.Provide proactive input on channel strategy, budget allocation, and campaign direction across different industries.Manage campaign calendars and workflows to ensure timely, consistent delivery across accounts.Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, audience behaviors, and industry best practices.QualificationsProven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role.Solid understanding of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), enough to interpret performance, guide strategy, and collaborate effectively with specialists.Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, marketing funnels, and conversion optimization.Comfort working with data and metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate results.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to shape clear, on-brand messaging.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate ideas clearly.
