Ideal Candid

• ate:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related fi
• eld.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract management on major infrastructure projects (highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, or large-scale civil wor
• ks).Strong experience in contract administration and managing contractual relationships with the Employer, Engineer, and subcontract
• ors.Proven experience in preparing, negotiating, and closing Final Accou
• nts.Ability to identify contractual risks and opportunities for cost recov
• ery.Experience in subcontract administration, including contractual compliance, valuations, claims, and dispute managem
• ent.Strong understanding of project progress monitoring and the contractual impact of del
• ays.Excellent negotiation, communication, and contractual correspondence drafting ski
• lls.Experience working on international projects and within Joint Venture environments is considered an advant
