Contract Manager Assistant (Engineering)
We are looking for a Contract Manager Assistant with an engineering background to support the execution and administration of construction contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing contractual documentation and correspondence
Support drafting and reviewing contracts, addenda, and reports
Collaborate with Technical, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams
Monitor contract performance and contribute to progress reports
Ensure proper document control, compliance, and archiving
Identify contractual risks and support mitigation actions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering field
1–3 years of experience in construction or contract support (preferred)
Good understanding of contract management principles
Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
Good command of English
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive team player
