Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
Become a Corporate Buyer (m/f/d) and drive success in local procurement. Leverage your skills in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
The role | Your tasks.

• Operational purchasing responsibility for defined product groups including net requirements determination (Available-to-Promise (ATP)) and system-based order processing based on purchase requisitions, forecasting, and clarification of commercial complaints
• Control and monitoring of operational procurement at suppliers, including acting as the first escalation level for external bottlenecks in availability and backlogs, as well as taking appropriate measures to ensure delivery performance considering economic aspects
• Ensuring delivery capability at optimal conditions
• Active supplier management including evaluation and maintenance of supplier relationships
• Cross-functional collaboration with departments and project teams considering the service concept
• Responsibility for KPI analysis – inventory, CTI, delivery capability, LT/MT, etc., and derivation and implementation of relevant measures within the responsible product group in coordination with strategic procurement
• Co-development, implementation, and optimization of a goal-oriented disposition strategy including master data maintenance considering relevant KPIs
• Continuous optimization and automation of P2P processes within the responsible product group
• Support and assistance for international plants and subsidiaries within the responsible product groups
  

Your Experiences And Competencies.

• Completed technical or business studies or completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field (e.g., industrial clerk, logistics clerk, industrial mechanic) or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Proven Experience in SAP ERP/APO and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in English and Romanian, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• Key Competencies: Responsible, cost-conscious, forward-looking, resilient, independent working style, strong communication skills
